Requirements
- Clean driving record, with valid driver's license
- DOT Medical card
- Communication skills
- Previous lawn mowing and trimming experience
- Knowledge of trees, shrubs and perennials
- Sales experience
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure

- Work evenings and weekends
Duties Include
- Estimating client's lawns for lawn mowing services
- Preparing proposals and necessary paperwork for the area above
- Managing and training for lawn mowing procedures
- Physical labor with the ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Care of equipment: blade changing, oil, gas, replacing wire
- Installation and completion of small projects
- Organization and leading of Spring & Fall cleanups
- Execution of all necessary paperwork for Mowing, Small Projects & Cleanups
- Site cleanliness
- Selecting site appropriate plant material
- Assist management in building strong client relationships
