Requirements
- Clean driving record, with valid driver's license
- DOT Medical card
- Communication skills
- Shrub, evergreen, rose, and tree knowledge
- Certified Pesticide Applicator
- Fertilizer, pesticide, pests and fungal knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure
- Efficient
- Team oriented
- Work evenings and weekends
Duties Include
- Work directly with Director of Lawn & Garden Management
- Assist Director with lawn treatment applications
- Working with Director or on own in the following areas: Aeration, Pests, Fungus, Lawn Treatments, Lawn Restorations, Pruning
- Assist on Landscape project when needed
- Executing necessary paperwork for the areas listed above
- Physical labor with the ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Assisting customers at Garden Center when needed
- Selecting site appropriate plant material
- Assist management in building strong client relationships
These duties are not just limited to the above; they will also include any area where Miller Creek needs assistance.
