Requirements
- Clean driving record, with valid driver's license
- DOT Medical card

- Shrub, evergreen, rose, and tree knowledge
- Fertilizer, pesticide, pests and fungal knowledge
- Sales experience
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure
- Efficient
- Team oriented
- Work evenings and weekends
- Certified Pesticide Applicator
Duties Include
- Estimating and evaluating lawns and landscapes
- Garden Management: Aeration, Pests, Fungus, Lawn Treatments, Lawn Restorations, Pruning
- Preparing proposals and necessary paperwork for the above areas
- Managing and training for areas listed above
- Working with staff on greenhouse watering/plant care
- Pests and Fungus control in greenhouse and retail lot
- Cashiering at Garden Center when needed
- Assisting customers at Garden Center when needed
- Selecting site appropriate plant material
These duties are not just limited to the above; they will also include any area where Miller Creek needs assistance.
